CF2.0 is a major upgrade of CrossFire. It is patched in China Version in December 17, 2014. Some maps have their version 2 like Black Widow, Ship and Egypt. New weapon and maps are also added. Two new game modes are added first was Spy Mode, Spy Mode is the new game mode that will be featured in CrossFire. The gameplay is still a Search & Destroy but with a twist: someone in the team is a spy and the job of the spy is to prevent the Black List to plant the bomb in any bomb sites. Black List must find the spy in their team before they will be eliminated. And the other one is called "Captain Match" , Captain Match is newest Game Mode that will be added soon in CrossFire. This mode is combination of Elimination Mode and Team Deathmatch Mode, and you're versing only one opponent at a time. This will continue until all players in one team is eliminated and will win the game.
